Dear 2020, Let’s Do This

I’ve heard this a lot this past week! And it makes me excited to get to work with so many women fighting for their bodies. 

But Iโ€™d be a HORRIBLE coach if i didnโ€™t share the following truths..

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYou still gotta put in the sweat equity. 
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYou still gotta make food a focus. 
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYou still gotta pray for self control and battle through the temptations with Gods strength! 
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYou still gotta find a plan and STICK WITH IT. 

The work isnโ€™t always pretty. 
Itโ€™s red faced ๐Ÿฅต and veins popping. ๐Ÿ’ฆ 
Itโ€™s moving two steps forward and one step back. โžก๏ธโžก๏ธโฌ…๏ธ

๐Ÿ–คBut itโ€™s so worth it!!! ๐Ÿ–ค


Because in the midst of the work and the sweat and the tears because itโ€™s hard….๐Ÿ’ฅThatโ€™s where God shows up! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

The challenge is where the CHANGE happens! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป And I believe in YOU!!! 

Because I was the girl for years who every January said โ€œThis is it!!! This is my year!โ€ 

And by February 1st, I was done trying. ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

So Iโ€™m here to say if I can do it, so can you!!!!

How Will It Work?

Good question! Iโ€™m gonna break it down real quick!

 I never workout more than 6 days a week. Some programs Iโ€™ve done are four days a week. I think 4-5 days is plenty to see results you want if you paid with proper nutrition ๐ŸŒถ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿณ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅฉ.

I workout solely from home, so my equipment is just what Iโ€™ve acquired over 5 years. Weights, bands, loops, sliders and my laptop! This proagram uses them all, but the program I am doing in january only requires 2-5 lb weights and a chair! 

My virtual fitness library costs me $8/ month if I pay the full price, but honestly? I usually renew it once a year in a discounted pack and it ends up costing me about $3/month. And I get my monthly supply of superfoods for about $3/day. Thatโ€™s my breakfast daily. 

It comes complete with entire workout plans.

โœ”๏ธ My one personal trainer showing/explaining proper form
โœ”๏ธ Nutrition plans and meal plans complete with prep and grocery lists.  
โœ”๏ธ Access to hundreds of programs so I can move on to a new one each time i finish and challenge my body in new ways. 

Why do I share all of this? 

Because I know you may be afraid to reach out and ask. And I know youโ€™re about to make some resolutions to a gym or something else spontaneously because the year flips over. 

Can I encourage you to do your homework? 
Talk to someone about your goals. 
Pray over your decisions and choices? 
Find a solution that WORKS for you LONGTERM? 
Not just in January.
