Your body is a gift from God. The greatest vessel you have to live out a life of service and love in response to His great love for you! This plan is about working on YOU, from the inside out.

Mind + Body + Soul

The enemy wants you to believe that you will always be stuck in a vicious cycle of self-defeat when it comes to your body. How you view it. How you treat it. Starting and stopping. But God’s word says that you don’t have to STAY in any cycle that steals the life Jesus came to give!

I personally circled that mountain of self-hate, body shaming and lack of self-control for YEARS until God unsettled me in the BEST kind of way. Read more of my story here.

The Full Life Project is about LESS striving and MORE thriving in living the life God created us to live!

The battle is the Lord’s

God is waiting for you to invite Him into the fight for your body. His promise of power, love and self-control (2 Tim 1:7) is open to ALL areas of our lives, including your health. There is no area of your life that is unimportant to God.

What you get:

Find freedom in your body by putting your focus on God and the abundance of delicious food He designed for you to achieve a strong, vibrant and healthy body.
