I am a huge believer in not getting comfortable in my fitness. I know by now that my body gets used to what I’m doing and I need to switch it up every few months to maintain my results and challenge my body in a different way. Nutritionally as well as in my workouts.

Which is WHY i’m such a huge fan of Beachbody and my online library of workouts. And in JULY there is a program launching that I AM PUMPED about. Seriously, I haven’t been this excited to workout since my last weight lifting programs. And this one will CHALLENGE me like no other, but I need it!

Morning Meltdown is a new program by Jericho McMatthews, Beachbody’s super trainer. She is a sweetheart and she gonna kick your butt and mine in the BEST kind of way.  The Morning Meltdown 100 program is fun, challenging and doable for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level.  I had the opportunity to test out Morning Meltdown 100 at our success club trip live, on a ship, with some of my favorite people! .  The program is GREAT! So let me take some time to give you the full details on what you can expect!

What is MM100?

Morning Meltdown 100 is designed to help you unlock the best version of yourself by committing to completing 100 workouts!!! It might sound crazy, but I promise that with a little discipline and accountability YOU CAN DO IT!

Every morning, Beachbody Super Trainer and Core de Force co-creator Jericho McMatthews is going to lead you through a 20-30 minute workout that can help you rev up your metabolism, burn fat all day, and build your best body ever — all working toward helping you live your BEST LIFE.

There are 100 unique workouts in total and each one is designed to help you transform your body. These include HIIT, resistance, active recovery, mobility, and more. The workouts are short enough to fit into your day without any excuses and the variety means you won’t ever get bored!

But more importantly, these 100 workouts give you 100 opportunities to work on yourself  — and reap the rewards of working out in the morning.

My workout is my me time and it’s been part of my routine for five years now. Thirty minutes or an hour of working out is not going to kill me!! I try to leave all my stress and anxiety outside the door and focus on how great I’ll feel when I’m done. It’s also my WORSHIP time!

So many women say that they do not have TIME to workout!  I remember saying those things to myself and then when it became something that I NEEDED to do – I miraculously made the time!  For me it was setting the alarm 30 minutes earlier each day.  I made the sacrifice because at the end of those 30 minutes I felt so much more empowered to take on the day.  My mind was clearer, I had a great boost of endorphins and I just have a better mindset when I sweat first!!!

If you were to read any article on the routines of successful CEO’s, most will include waking up early or working on as part of their routine!  I think we are on to something here… RIGHT!!!!!

The Music!

Did I Mention the Live DJ??!

Music plays a huge role in this program!! For the first time in Beachbody history, each workout is set to a heart-pumping BPM (beats per minute) playlist mixed by a live DJ.

“Working out with the DJ feels like a party! You’ll have fun, live in the moment, and connect to the workout like never before,” says Jericho.

Between the upbeat mixes and Jericho’s energy, you’ll have all the motivation you need to give every morning sweat session your all.

Is This Program Right For Me?

When Can I Start?
