It’s kind of difficult to put into words what this past weekend has been.  As a leader, it was everything I needed to continue to grow and encourage my team of coaches.

As a woman, it was empowering to be surrounded with strong, confident women who BELIEVE in what we are doing as coaches.  For such a large group of women, the vibe was incredibly SUPPORTIVE!!! No judgement.  No competition. No cattiness.  Just BOLD, BRAVE, ENCOURAGING women who were there to support one another and grow stronger for our teams!

I would have never guessed two years ago when I signed up for the discount on my Shakeology that this would be my life.  Sharing my faith, encouraging others, helping challengers achieve UNBELIEVABLE results with programs and Shakeology, leading my coaches in building their OWN businesses and stable income.

Man!  That $140 I spent on that first challenge pack with a workout and a month’s worth of Shakeology has turned into SO much more!

I have to take a step back and remember why it all started, though.
I wanted to be healthy for my family.
I wanted to honor God with the choices I was making in my health as well as financially.


Searching for an outlet to change my health literally changed every area of my life. Having this idea that you don’t fit the model of what an “ideal” coach should be ALMOST held me back, but I’m so glad it did not!


It’s so easy to become complacent in the choices we make in our health and in our purpose for this life.  BUt I want to encourage you DON’T!!! Don’t be complacent with where you are! STEP OUT AND TAKE A RISK on YOU!!!!

Coaches come in all shapes and sizes. We come from every walk of life. Some are quiet, while others are over the top. We all have struggles. But we all have one goal:
Be healthy in EVERY aspect of our lives and help as many people as possible be healthy, too.
The perks are amazing. The income potential is whatever you make of it, so don’t get me wrong. But helping others transform their lives, all while knowing I don’t have to be “perfect,” is what it’s all about.
