What is LIIFT4? 

LIIFT4 is a no-nonsense combination of weightlifting and high intensity (HIIT) cardio to build muscle and scorch fat. The moves are based on classic lifting techniques that let you isolate, stabilize and focus each rep on the muscle group you’re working.

Every workout ends with a core routine for a full body build and burn that leaves you shredded.

There are no gimmicky moves, no overly complicated routines and no opportunity for boredom because you’ll never do the same workout twice.

Get it DONE in just 4 days a week, 30-40 minutes a day, 8 weeks total. LIIFT4 will be available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand.

Is there a modifier? 

There is an equipment modifier where resistance bands are used in place of dumbbells, and there are lower intensity modified movements for most of the HIIT (high intensity interval training) exercises.

Shakeology, the Beachbody Performance line, including Energize, Hydrate, Recover, Recharge, and Creatine and BEACHBARS

 

What is VIP Early Access?

LIIFT4 will be available to all Beachbody On Demand members in the Member Library on October 1st. But the great news is you can stream the program as soon as July 16th with VIP Early Access.

When does VIP Early Access Start? 

Early Access starts on July 16th and goes through September 30th. Only people who purchase a LIIFT4 offer can view the program as soon as July 16th.

What equipment is required?

A set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells (depending on your fitness level) OR Resistance Bands and Band Handles (Included in all LIIFT4 offers, except the LIIFT4 VIP Early Access-Digital Only offer)

Can the workouts be downloaded and watched offline?

Yes, up to a week’s worth of LIIFT4 workouts can be downloaded at a time
