If you follow me at all on social media, you will see me talking about a LOT of wonderful events coming up in the next few months.

First among them is SUMMIT!!!  This is our annual coaching event hosted by Beachbody in which literally 40,000 coaches will take over Nashville for training, fellowship, live workouts with the celebrity trainers and fun parties celebrating our successes over the past year.

If there is ONE thing I love about Beachbody as a corporation.  Their mission statement is lived out DAILY by their leadership and is fostered in our coaching community.

Everything from the trainers, to the workouts, the supplements, Shakeology, the training provided to us as coaches.  It’s all designed to enable individuals to realize that they CAN take care of themselves in a natural and healthy way.  That they CAN find a workout program that inspires them and does not require they walk into a gym.  That their nutrition is important and that eating clean and fueling our bodies is NOT rocket science!

I love to hear our CEO, Carl Daikler, speak because he is FULL of passion and lives out this mission statement daily!

And that is fostered in us as coaches.  So, while my business is built in the daily trenches – posting, inviting, personal development, workouts, meal planning – it’s these events that are huge bursts of inspiration and super charge my batteries to learn and grow as a coach!

Summit 2015

Last year, I went with ONE member of my team.   This year there are gonna be FIVE of us there!  And I cannot tell you how excited I am!

While there, we will attend live workouts with celebrity trainers like Shaun T, Autumn Calabrese, and Tony Horton.  Many of us earned special private workouts for just helping 3-5 people a month as a coach!
We will attend training sessions led by some of the TOP coaches in Beachbody.  Coaches who at one time started at the bottom and worked their way up. Coaches who are willing to share their successes and failures as well as strategies so that we can learn and become better.

We get to attend parties and celebrations that celebrate our successes and more importantly the HUGE number of people that we have the privilege of helping in 2015-2016.  Coaching is not really about rank, income, and numbers. All of those things are just a direct reflection of the lives we are able to truly impact as coaches, and it’s a beautiful thing to be able to celebrate it together!
We get to just HANG out as a team!  We have our own condo for Team Take Heart, and while we will be super busy and on the go, I look forward more than anything to just being able to spend time with these ladies who have enriched my life in so many ways!  They push me, encourage me, astound me with their hearts!!!! Nashville, here we come!
I’m looking forward to making new memories and growing stronger as a team.
