Team Retreat Weekend Recap
๐๐ฐ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ช๐ต๐ฉ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ๐ด ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฏ?โ โ
I never could have envisioned this. I didnโt even know that there was this THING out there that was missing from my life.โ โ That I would be on this retreat dreaming BIG dreams alongside beautiful women. At a weekend of “Work” with gals I love.
Women who were strangers six years ago.
Women who were seeking something more about the same time I was. Women who surprise me every single day. โ
Women who trusted me to lead them even though they couldn’t see what was possible. โ โ
I can honestly say that I have never walked away from a work event feeling so much JOY & PASSION for what I do!
This weekend away with my leaders was everything I hoped for and more!
We laughed, dreamed, played, had amazing fellowships, dreamed and laughed some more and prayed over the directions God is leading us in our businesses!
I have never had a job that allowed me to spend time with the PEOPLE I wanted to spend time with or one that allows me to share Christ so freely!
And we celebrated that this weekend!
We also ate REALLY good food, spent hours on the beach, and had an impromptu dance party late on Saturday night!
Each of us walked away with a clear VISION for what we want for our teams.
And mine is to EMPOWER women to live their healthiest and most confident lives in the Lord and to teach women how to create financial and time freedom by doing the work of coaching!
I have been praying all year for my team to fall in love with the work that they do day in and day out. Sureโฆ the retreat and beach and extras are fun, but I am looking to work with women who have a strong work ethic, aren’t willing to be complacent and who genuinely love serving and growing outside their comfort zones!
That’s why I chose this verse for our team!
