Present…Not Perfect Bootcamp

I don’t really know how to begin writing this blog post.  Do you ever feel just so INCREDIBLY overwhelmed by God’s presence and the way He lays the path for somethings to happen that you’re in AWE??? That’s kind of where I am at.

Every month I run an online faith and fitness accountability group and open it to at least 5 women.

Some months there are up to 50 women in my groups.  And they are ALWAYS wonderful!  Grace filled. Full of laughter and hope and CHANGE!

These are words that have been burned into my brain the past couple of months. And I don’t think that I have done either of these things!

It may appear that from the outside I have all the things together, but I don’t! And as we move into this season of parties, holidays, school events, travel and more, I am convicted more than ever that taking care of ourselves involves slowing down a little. Relishing in the joy filled life God has placed right in front of me. Leaving the clothes unfolded for a few more hours to play Uno with my kids. Slowing my roll and busyness for some fellowship with ladies that I KNOW I need.

Can you relate to any of this?? I KNOW God has placed this focus for this upcoming challenge group for 5-10 women who struggle with the same issues! And TRUTHFULLY, if we’re being honest with ourselves, our BUSYNESS has become a great excuse for neglecting our health. For saying, “Later” when I’m less busy.

But what if I told you there was a way to get healthy, lose those extra 10-15 lbs that have been clinging to you like glue, have FUN doing it, and SLOW down in the proccess and get the accountability and tips you need to succeed?

It doesn’t matter how much you have to lose, how many times you’ve started and stopped, or what anyone else is doing! What matter is that you simply START and MAKE the time to MAKE YOU a PRIORITY!

 

Present…NOT Perfect

Here’s how it works!

1. You commit to 30 days of workouts, meal planning and replacing one meal a day with Shakeology.
2. I am your coach, and share all the tips and recipes that have worked for ME over the past three years.
3. You do this alongside a TEAM of other ladies who are fighting for their health as well!
4. We invite GOD into this journey with daily devotions and prayer.
5. We BEGIN on September 18th.
6. We will be reading Present Over Perfect by Shauna Neiquest together. Book is not required, but it will be utlitized in the group!
