New Leader Conference in LA is THIS WEEK!

So….I didn’t do that well on my Whole 30 plan this past week. It wasn’t horrible. But with a plan you’re supposed to go ALL in 100%….I didn’t.

And there are a few reasons (total excuses, which I tell my challengers not to make, but here I am fessing up!) Mostly, I wasn’t prepared.  (Pause for GASP!)  I know.  I started off well, but then I just kind of got tired and lazy.  No other real reason.

I’m not beating myself up about not following the Whole 30 plan. I ate well and made pretty good choices, so I’m proud of that.  I’m planning to start officially after I return from LA next week.  Telling myself it was a “practice” round.

I have a super cool friend I met on Instagram who has been giving me some great tips and is gonna keep me accountable when I begin!

But I AM ready for the next few days.  I have my meal plan scratched out. I’ve done some basic prep to make sure I have my lunches and snacks, and I know what we are having for dinners this week!

Milo request Stuffed Peppers again, so those are back on the menu.  This momma hear loves when they get excited about good wholesome meals.

I am only here Monday through Wednesday of this week, because on Thursday…….I am going to LA!

New Leader Conference

I AM SO excited about hitting up LA!!!!

I am going because I hit a really HUGE goal in 2016 of becoming a 2 Star Diamond coach.  That means that I am growing my team and creating leaders there as well as growing in leadership myself!

I am mean, sometimes I stop and read a sentence like that and have to say, “God, who AM I???”

I have never viewed myself as a “Leader.” Someone who coaches other people.
But that is exactly what I am doing!  With the help of my coach and a lot of prayer, God is USING me to make an enormous impact on others around me!  In health and in this business.  And it absolutely BLOWS my mind!

I can assure you that I was not born with natural leadership skills.  I was never the girl who took charge and made things happen in her life.  I just kind of drifted along through life doing pretty well but being very unspectacular….is that a word?

I wanted to share what worked for me!

But when God dropped coaching in my lap, something clicked.  Something changed within me.  Not to say it came easy, but my desires changed.
I desired to get better.
To learn how to lead.
To learn how to get outside my comfort zone to help others and hit my goals.
I became a part of something bigger than me and bigger than MY expectations for myself.
