I run a bootcamp every month. Based on what God’s word says about our bodies and our health. I love ministering to women this way. It’s my JAM! But this month was different. I heard God very CLEARLY tell me to run a group just for moms. Moms-to-be, new moms, moms of toddlers, school age children, empty nesters.

I believe God knew what He was doing when He gave us our children. But that doesn’t make it any less scary. So, I am LINKING ARMS with YOU mamas and a few coaches from my team to focus on fitness, nutrition and MOMMING HARD God’s way!

When it came to my health, I spent years trying different diets, plans, drinks, gym equipment DESPERATE for that ONE thing that was gonna change my body. That was gonna get me OFF the yo-yo merriy-go-round of health I was on! But in reality, it just required hard work and a consistency that I wasn’t willing to give! Until I HAD TO! But God showed up and said,

“Give me Control. Do the work, and I’ll handle the rest!”

And He Has!
