Low Carb Focaccia Bread

I love this recipe and make a batch every week! So, I highly recommend it!

Ingredients

2 Cups ground flaxseed
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
5 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup avocado oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flax, baking soda and salt. 
  3. In a blender, add the eggs, water and oil and process for 30 seconds (mixture will be foamy). 
  4. Add wet to dry ingredients, and stir well (again, this will seem foamy).
  5. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  7. Experiment by adding herbs such as garlic, rosemary or basil.
