How I’m Taking Back Control!

Excuse my face. I always take pics first thing in the morning for consistency, and I’m always half asleep!

Week 1 of 9 is in the books! ..I shared with my new coaches how is kinda lost a little Control over the holidays… heck! Who am I kidding? Most of 2020 felt out of control!

..So when the THEME of my New Years program was “Take Back Control”, it felt like Divine Providence…This past week hasn’t been perfect, but it isn’t ever gonna be!..But with God’s help & the encouragement of a lotta friends doing this with me, I’m slowly & confidentially taking BACK control!..

  • Tracking my food again.
  • Closing my kitchen by 6:00 pm
  • No sugar or alcohol.
  • Starting & ending my day with scripture
  • Nightly stretches to prepare my body for rest.
  • No tech one hour before bed ..

And im feeling GOOD again! Not just about how I LOOK but about what I’m DOING! ..My January bootcamps are closed, but I’m taking pre-enrollments for February, because I want everyone to know the PEACE that comes with:

  • Having a CLEAR PLAN to follow
  • Eating & moving God’s way
  • Having a community that cheers you on
  • Knowing the joy is in the journey – not in the scale.
