How Do Busy Women Stay Fit????

That’s a great question, isn’t it? As my children are growing a little older, I am beginning to see the light!  As I look back though, I wish that I had been more focused on maintaining my health even in the chaos of early motherhood.  I could have done it, but I lacked the drive and the motivation.

That is what I want to offer you.  I know that we all struggle with time management as mothers, and even those of you who do not have children.  Life is fast and crazy these days for everyone!!! So, how do we manage life while managing our health at the same time? I discovered a group of women earlier this year that really challenged me to get moving and stay on top of my health…no excuses.

And now, I want to help other women do the same.  If you are interested in joining, there is just such a challenge group starting Monday, August 18th.  We will work on meal planning, emotional eating, planning for weekends and vacations and of course getting our workouts in!!!
