Happy New Year! Reflections on 2016 and Looking Ahead!

Happy New Year! Reflections on 2016 and Looking Ahead!

Ok, so honestly, I’ve never been big on New Year’s Resolutions.  I’ve always had the mindset that if you’re going to commit to a change that’s good for you, you should be willing to do it ANY day of the year….even though I wasn’t exactly committed to that myself always….again, being honest here.

But it IS the New Year, and I cannot help but be excited about what lies ahead.  It does almost feel like a clean slate.  A new beginning.  A  chance to start over.

For some people that may mean working harder on relationships, eating healthier, exercising more, a renewed commitment to growing your business and making it work.

And that is just exciting!  Anytime someone commits to growing and becoming better, that is a good thing!  For me personally, before I can look ahead, I must reflect.

And 2016 was FULL of blessings as well as struggles.  But I can learn from ALL of it!  And I plan to.
Some of the blessings include:

1. My healthiest year ever!  I completed the Ultimate Reset in October, and learned so much about myself and my body.  I’m actually getting ready to complete it again with some challengers.

I am about to begin a brand new 90 day fitness program and see how I can grow and change these first few months.  Stay tuned for that journey!

2. My business flourished!  I ended the year by hitting a very significant goal in my coaching business.  Something that was on my goal board for 2016.  I achieved the rank of 2 Star Diamond coach.

That means that I recruited at least two coaches and helped them advance their businesses in rank and income.  And THAT is an incredible feeling.  Knowing that I took the amazing coaching opportunity and not only helped other women get healthier in 2016, but I also helped two coaches on Team Take Heart to build a strong business that is providing for their families!

3. I tripled my income!  Yes, I’m not a money person, and I hate to share stats, so I’ll spare you, but I tripled the amount of income I make as a coach!  In large part to a commitment to grow my team, and because that team is INCREDIBLE!!!!!

The coaches on Team Take Heart have had an amazing year, and I am so proud to be a part of it!  Hard work and dedication will take you everywhere with God’s blessing, and that is evident on our team.  And I look so forward to what 2017 will bring our team.  There are some big goals and some even bigger faith among our team of coaches.  We believe that with God’s blessing, anything is possible!

4. God has increased my faith in Him.  And of course last but nowhere near least, God has changed me.  As I look back on this year and the things I have accomplished, it is all because of Him.  I give God the glory, because I am incapable of any of it.  On my own, I am not a go getter.  I don’t have crazy big dreams.  I don’t have the ability to crush big goals.  And if I’m sharing openly, there were some goals that I did NOT meet.  And that’s ok.

Because I’m a huge believer that by placing my trust in God, and working my hardest, that the things that are meant to happen will happen.  And the things that don’t happen I can be ok with.

There are so many things that I know God will teach me in 2017. I have big goals.  I know they will require a lot of work.  And they will require even more Faith.   And one of my biggest goals for 2017 is to LOVE.  To show love, to love myself and to spread the love of Christ.

That is one of the greatest things I love about coaching.  It is a chance to Serve and to Show Love.  Through my posts, through my challenge groups, through my team.  And I intend to Serve more in 2017.

So, did I set big goals for this year??? You better believe it!  My team and I did that at our Emerald Coach Retreat in October.  And I’m praying over and pumped for 2017.

And I would be incredibly selfish if I didn’t invite others along on this ride with me.

I am now accepting a limited number of highly motivated individuals who are ready to build their own business! I am accepting a small group of new coaches (you cannot currently be a coach on another team) to personally mentor in a small group setting through my 30 Day New Coach Training University that begins Monday, January 9th.

During this training I will teach you how to launch your business, how to share and not sell, how to utilize social media to build a following, how to start your first challenge group, handle objections and more.  We have a weekly small group session where I walk you through hands on the start of your business.
If you are ready to join me in building your own Team Beachbody business then fill out the application below and I will be in contact with you within the next 24 hours.
The training begins on the 9th of January! So don’t delay because spots will fill up fast.
