I have heard about Spanx and how AMAZING they are for years, but I was never willing to drop the money on them until recently. And I MUST confess. They are ALL that they have been hyped up to be!

Each pair is high quality, fits well, and is very flattering! Ask for some for under the tree!

If you follow me on social media at all, you know I love a cool workout tank! And one that communicates a message of fun, faith, fitness anything is my JAM!

I’ve ordered from Karla Storey for years now, and she is always coming out with something that I MUST have!

UA Sports Bra

First of all, I am extremely small chested. So if you’re not, this bra is probably not for you….

I have a few of these bras, and they are my favorite to wear! Close fitting and stylish. Couldn’t ask for more!

She Reads Truth Bible

A dear dear friend gave me this bible a few years ago, and she may never understand what her small gesture did for my faith. The bible is the inspired word of God always, but there is something about this version that has increased my hunger. The devotions inserted into the bible throughout the text sometimes bring the word alive in ways I’ve never understood before!

Go-Go Juice

Mmmm.! IF you follow me on the gram, you know this is my daily kick in the pants! I love coffee, but my mitro-valve prolapse makes me sensitive to too much of it. While this has caffiene in it, it’s slow release so does not bother my heart. I drink my go-go juice everyday before my workout to have extra focus and energy! Seriously…liquid SUNSHINE!

Atomic Habits

I didn’t start reading for personal development until I became a coach. And now I’m addicted to it! If you’re my challenger or coach, you’ve heard me talk about this book a lot.

You don’t have to be an entrepreneur to want to grow and learn, but I’m thankful that coaching has made me more focused in this area.

This book focuses on the fact that operate DAILY out of habit. Whether those are good or bad habits is up to our intentional thought process and behaviors. This book teaches how to establish a pattern of good habits in any area of life! Work, eating, exercise, relationships, etc.
