I have shared Cheryl’s transformation before, but she recently shared something that I thought was INCREDIBLE and totally captures what my goal as a coach is:

‘I have to say I had so many compliments this weekend, on my weight loss. It really made me feel so good, and I think I needed the motivation. I’ve lost all I want to loose, 20 lbs. Yay! But I want to keep it there. Funny thing is , its not hard. I find myself steering from junk I use to eat and making better choices for the most part. Yesterday I did cave and ate Chinese for lunch. But I ate healthy for dinner. Today, I’ve stuck with healthy choices. I’ve learned to balance. That is huge for me! I didn’t workout last week 5 days because of my bronchitis, and I can sure tell. I’ve been sore these last couple days from getting back into it. Nothing sore like when I started this 3 months ago, but I could definitely feel it. This has been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. Thank you all, for being a part of it!”

I mean, how cool is that??? Cheryl started January 1st, and has remained consistent in her clean eating, drinking Shakeology daily and working out.  


I never want anyone to think that what I do as a coach is to encourage quick results or starve yourself and see results so you can go back to living the way you were before. 


It’s about changing your habits people!!! Long term.  Creating a life that sustains your health and boosts your self-confidence!

And taking care of this one and only body we’re given!
