The results are IN from our first Burn Camp, and these women absolutely blew it out of the water!

For 21 days, we committed to

  • No alcohol or sugar.
  • No processed foods.
  • Intermittent fasting.
  • A specific macro nutrient based meal plan I created!

Carla lost 10 lbs and regained her confidence in her ability to make good choices for herself

This was such a success for these women and more, that I decided to do it AGAIN!

We are getting down to BASICS and stripping our mindset and our nutrition of anything that doesn’t bring LIFE to our bodies and our purpose!

  2. 21 Days of CLEAN EATING meal plans I will create for you.
  3. Cutting out processed foods, sugar, and alcohol for the 21 days.
  4. Checking in each evening and sharing what you ate and how you felt that day!
  5. Taking before and AFTER pictures, so you can SEE how much your body changes!
  6. Showing up for yourself and the other women who join us! Sisterhood makes us stronger!
