11% Raise

{𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗔𝗫𝗘𝗦 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗜 𝗱𝗼?}

No matter…I had a BRIGHT SPOT today! I realized that last year, I gave myself a HEFTY pay raise in my coaching business!

𝟭𝟭% 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗖𝗧!

5 years ago, God planted a dream in my heart to lead a team of driven, compassionate, hard working Jesus girls who were gonna revolutionize the faith and fitness squares here on social media!

I had no idea what that was gonna look like, and the fact that He planted a “network marketing” company (weren’t those supposed to be icky?) in my lap to do it was confounding to me!

But through the direction of the Lord, I am DOING it! Everyday, doing something I LOVE! Something I believe MATTERS! Living out that VISION He gave me with my team.

And the good news? I get to tell you that YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

My secret to success???

• I showed up scared lonely and afraid.
• But I showed up.
• Every week I was on my coaches training calls.
• What she didn’t give me, I was willing to go out and do the research to find answers.
• I prayed over my work and vision.
• I understood that anything great isn’t built overnight.
  It takes TIME!

I couldn’t see the fruit of my labor, but I showed up on those days anyways! And trust me! I was building a future in the trenches that I had NO IDEA was coming! And I learned to LOVE the work!

11% is crazy! And just to be clear….My team didn’t grow by leaps and bounds last year. I actually had a lot of coaches who didn’t pan out! Just like most teams.

But every step of the way, God has told me to REMAIN!

𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙈𝙚, 𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙡.
𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩.

I’m in awe of what God continues to do isn’t my feeble “yes”. And I don’t care where you’re at, what you’re life looks like or what you believe about yourself.
Believe that God can for great things within you!
