Weekly Meal Plan and Some Sisterly Accountability!

What a whirlwind!  We had such a blast on our trip this past weekend, and it will be something we always remember!

I even managed a quick pop into Trader Joe’s while I was there!  I told Matt that was probably the highlight of my trip….only kidding of course!  
LOTS of seasonings! They’re the best and and the cheapest

Needless to say, we were TIRED this morning!  But Monday showed up anyways, so we did too.  Matt and I got up a little later than usual (5:30 am.) and got our workout on! 21 Day Fix Total Body Cardio and we were done!  We were just pleased with ourselves for getting up!  PERIOD!

But life does go on, even after vacation, and I HAD to get a meal plan together!  I am going to really focus this week on watching my portions, implementing Intermittent Fasting, and even doing a little Carb Cycling to see how my body responds.  I came up with a quick meal plan based on two separate days – one High Carb day, followed by two Low Carb days. It’s simple. It’s easy to prep for, and I can still season my food with the flavorings above without all the sodium!  
Oh, and super important too….my family will eat what I’m eating! So!  I took some time this morning to do some meal prep…even though my house is a wreck and I need to do laundry. This came first!  
Matt normally helps me prep now, since he’s really gotten on board, but he was at work, so I turned on some training for my business and worked away!  
And it’s almost done!  My sister, Emily is coming over this evening and we are going to finish!  Grilling some meat, putting some things in the INstapot, and we will have our food for the week!
