Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I was so nervous about using my new Instapot!  I even had to call my sweet friend Christie to make sure I was doing it right. But it was a success and nothing blew up!

I ate this with roasted veggies, and the boys made pulled pork sandwiches with theirs.

TERIYAKI PORK TENDERLOIN

Ingredients
1/3 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
1/3 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp of onion powder
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp olive oil
2 trimmed pork tenderloins
1 onion, sliced

1. Mix together the first seven ingredients. Pour over pork tenderloin in ziploc bag and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Turn Instapot on Saute. Once heated, add olive oil and brown pork on all sides. (Reserve marinade) Remove from pot.
3. Add onions and saute 4-5 minutes.  Add pork back on top of onions and and pour marinade into pot.
4. Turn pot onto Manual, and set for 25 minutes.
5. Allow pot to naturally vent for 10 minutes when cooking is done. Remove pork, slice and serve!

*For slow cooker, add all ingredients into a slow cooker, and cook on Low for 8 hours or on High for 4 hours.
