How I’m Making The Shift!

New workout.  New nutrition plan. New challenge.

I LOVE IT!  I get so excited to challenge myself in new ways.  I am one of those people that NEEDS to mix things up to stay interested in something, and my health and fitness is no different.  And that is one of the things I love most about being a health and fitness coach.  When new programs get released into my online library of workout programs, I’m like a kid at Christmas time! 
And to do it with a group of other ladies aiming for the same goals UPS the excitement factor for me!
I LOVE to encourage women to make positive changes in their health.  But I love it even more when we take a spiritual focus.  
And this new plateau busting program incorporates cardio and weights!  Weights are my FAVE, and I have learned that straight cardio is NOT the way to  I know cardio is a must as well!  So I’m excited to kick it off this week.  
And my girls are getting READY too!  

The nutrition guide is SO simple.  This is my meal plan for Week 1.  It is a rapid rebuild program, which means the meal plan slowly phases out dense carbs and replaces then with more protein, veggies and healthy fats while increasing the intensity of the workouts each week.  It is very much a sports inspired 3 week program. I’m crazy excited about the results our group is going to get!

So, Where’s The Shift??

I’ve explained the physical aspect of my new workout, but where is the REAL shift going to take place?  

I am a FIRM believer that  in order to transform the outside of our bodies, we must begin on the INSIDE!  And I have prayed about the focus of these three weeks in my own life.  And if you read my last blog about Comparison, you know that can be a struggle for me.  So that is where I have chosen to place my focus and pray that the SHIFT happens!

An Undivided Heart

So my focus is CRUSHING comparison by focusing on WHO I AM IN CHRIST!  
His Beloved!  
And my goal is that at the end of these 21 days, I will be more closer to Him, walking in His truth with an UNDIVIDED heart that has SHIFTED my focus from me to HIM!
I’ll let ya know how it goes!
